Stars With A Heart showcases the breathtaking talent of Puerto Vallarta entertainers in an afternoon of live performances presented at Teatro Vallarta Centro Cultural Center on Sunday, January 26th, at 4 pm. This spectacular benefit show is one of the most exciting events of the season with all proceeds going to the Vallarta School for Girls.
Stars With A Heart is produced and directed by Mary Porter, a talented performer in her own right. Veteran Broadway star and Puerto Vallarta favorite Kevin Anthony is hosting the show, and well-known performer and supporter of the arts Crist P. Thomas is serving as production assistant for the event.
Stars With A Heart features Vallarta’s top entertainers. You’ll enjoy live performances by Enrique de Allende, Lady Zen, Keith Tynes, Gloria Fiona, Kim Kuzma, Seth Sikes, Natalie Douglas, Seth Sikes, Brenda Gavino, Diego Guerrero, Derek Carkner, Jordon Carnegie, Sarah Joy, Kimberly La Rue’s Follies, Stolie, Brian Peters, Angeloo, Cate Valcic and David Maiocco.
The Vallarta School for Girls provides a safe, supportive learning environment for underprivileged girls in Puerto Vallarta. Students learn to be confident and self-sufficient in a safe and nurturing environment. Real-world skills for work, health and finances are taught and modeled. The girls are encouraged to make higher education a priority in their lives. The school gives these promising young women tools to be self-reliant and self-supporting.
Founded by Francie Nguyen and Cecil Kerfont, the school is funded by the Girls Education Fund, a Puerto Vallarta non-profit. It’s a 501c3 organization in the US, and all donations made to the Girls Education Fund re tax deductible for US citizens. For Canadian citizens requiring tax receipts, donations should be made to CanadaHelps.org, indicating that the donation is for the Vallarta Girls School.
