The 1 Frequency this November ushers in an entirely new chapter in manifesting. It’s time to talk the talk, walk the walk, and wear your Heart on your sleeve!
The 1 Vibration always indicates new beginnings, fresh starts, and a new chapter opening up to brighter, more fulfilling days. Now’s the hour to act on the inner growth and awareness we gained this year from “resetting” our Power and Authority. Power is now defined as “feeling good with yourself, so manifest on terms you’re happy with.”
Hang onto your hat – many surprises and changes are in the air. You want to be grounded securely in your Heart to make life simpler and easier. It’s how life will work going forward!
Rehashing our past unmet needs, focusing on how to improve (which has been our focus for years now) defeats the purpose of the “fresh start” that the 1 vibration offers us. Because the Pluto/Capricorn influence, which brought up our deepest issues with Power and Authority, will end on the 19th (Remember: 1+9 = 1), we can move into the new Power code.
We’ve cleared out most of the saboteurs to claim and live in our Power. Not that there won’t be instances of old wounds and their outdated beliefs surfacing for you to release. There’s always tweaking to be done in the 4th/5th dimensions. And we know that these purging moments can be quite unpleasant. However – that’s no reason to back off embracing your Heart!
I can assure you that when you make your best effort to consciously embrace and express from your Heart this month (practice session!), you can and will easily tap into the Conscious Co-Creation that the Heart operates on. If you choose to stay where you’re at – intellectually oriented, outer-directed, and in “lack”… you will have a tough time navigating 4th/5th dimensional living.
Remember- 1 is a mental vibration. Being an odd number, it is masculine in nature, which requires you take action… make sure your belief system is now based in the Heart – seeing the good coming from Love. “Knowing” is not enough; taking action (masculine) is crucial to raising your consciousness. Mental action is inner action!
Think this way… Think of your thoughts (head) as a rocket that is fueled by emotions (Heart). You need high octane for the days ahead (your mission), so it’s in your best interest to love and appreciate yourself. Only by seeing them as a team, partners together, and creating coherence, does the job get successfully done!
Are you ready? Can you do this? Are you telling yourself a “good story”… believing that everything is a gift? You are a gift.
It’s no longer about blindly following rules and regulations that somebody gave you. If this isn’t comfortable, then you haven’t quite changed your story enough… and those intense moments I mentioned earlier will surface!
The key to this month’s 1 is a new chapter. Recognize and appreciate that the Heart is the older, more powerful organ than the Head. The Heart has 30,000 neural impulses; the brain has 5,000. It’s not rocket science to realize that 6x the energy will get the job done more easily and smoothly. Therein lies the Magic!
It’s really quite simple – what you think and what you feel broadcasts out into the Quantum and determines the outcome. When you Love and when you are Happy (the highest of vibrations), these emotions put out a magnetic charge that generates ease, grace, and the success you desire. If you’re filled with fear, hostility, or grief, you’re robbing yourself of Joy. No amount of work or effort can compensate for these low vibrational energies. They can not create success.
Love and Joy – best of buddies – are the essence of who we are.
They are essential to manifesting. It’s “use ’em, or lose ’em.” Kiss the Joy!
1 says “start now”! If you’re already on board, the message is “Go deeper, climb higher”!
TRUST – IF you see the good, you get good.
If you see lack, you get lack.
Change your story to reflect the Love and Joy you hold in you and in being you. A new chapter bringing new options has opened up for you, for us all.
Walk the Walk… knowing change is nothing to fear. It’s how we grow, evolve, and expand our Consciousness to deepen our connection with Spirit.
