This is a message I received this morning. It is a beautiful day on planet Earth, and we are blessed. S.B.
“You are never alone, but you are All One…
Your ego may feel a sense of loneliness, a sense of abandonment or separation, which is the effect of your choice to separate from the Source of Love to experience this physical existence. Now, this existence is built within the All. In other words, it can never be separated from its Source.
If you feel lonely or separated, or if you have spent too much time on your screens chasing your idols, today we invite you to shut them down. Turn your screen off and let the air flow into your lungs by going for a walk outside. Get some sunlight, a fresh breeze, and vibrant natural light, and go for a walk in a forest, on a beach, or near a lake. Walk and enjoy life and truth.
And when you cross the path of another, smile at him or her, say “Hi” and rejoice in the love and the light of your Creator.
This world is designed for you. Nature is perfectly suited to you. Love it, and it will love you back. See it, and it will see you. Animals and insects, birds and trees will balance your energy and help you find peace. And when you have regained your balance, stop and close your eyes, be thankful, and remember that you are blessed. Even though you are not a body, you can still be blessed by the physical wonders of the world around you.
Could you take some time to look at your Soul and all the light and knowledge it has experienced so far? This Soul is much older and wiser than anything you can imagine. It is never alone since it knows that All is One and that Love is what you are.
There is no separation between you and nature.
There is no separation between you and your brother.
There is no separation between you and God/Source Intelligence. You are One with the All, and you are never alone.
We are the Ascended, and we are One with You.”

And we have no idea how deeply, deeply, loved we are. We already are spiritual. We already are Ascended. We are here to be fully human, and in our humanness we will begin to remember who we truly are…the ‘IAM’, “God” in ‘ITS’ Magnificent Masquerade — as Us!
