The Meaningfulness of Meditation

Many of you are now opening yourselves to receiving messages that don’t come from your previous thoughts, that don’t come from the chatter that people deal with all day, but come from someplace else, someplace deep within you.

And, yet, it has no physical bearing or reference point.

There was a time when meditating was seen as a very esoteric thing to do (visions of yogis on the top of the Himalayas meditating all day). But, thankfully, it has become quite ordinary and commonplace for people to not only meditate but to honor their alone time, to be in nature, to be still.

And there is a great benefit to that. Your willingness to be open to something more than what you’ve been told, more than what you’ve always believed, only happens when you can be quiet. It is a wonderful, graceful habit to invoke.

Meditation, in and of itself, will not enlighten you. But, it will allow you to be still and open to who you are and let the wisdom from your greater self become available.

And this wisdom is not just for you to make your way in the world. It’s for you to share. And, in the sharing, you benefit– as others do. Share what you are feeling and what you are seeing. Other people can take it or leave it. But, for the most part, if you’re coming from your heart, there will be great benefit for you and anyone who listens to you because you are hearing now–and it is very powerful.

What you’re listening to is love– wishing to speak through you, calm you, give you peace, and return you to who you really are. That can only be good.

In the stillness, you will find acceptance, gratitude, joy, wonder, curiosity, and amazement. You will relax in who you are and let the flow of love pass through you to others. Even if you say nothing, your presence in a room with this flow coming through you changes the room. And it changes you.

Be open to what you receive, share your heart, and notice how things change for you and the people around you. You will attract those who want to hear what you have to say.

And, it’s not that it becomes scripture or needs to be written down. It’s that you are familiarizing yourself with the flow of love that is everywhere, expanding the universe.
And, you are that universe– participating in its expansion consciously. It’s a wonderful thing.

Thank you, Yeshua
