Writing on the Fly

Our beloved Marcia sent me a text – “I need your article today, you have not submitted anything this week.”

Lately, I have been quite distracted, not fully aware of the day or time, but I do know the month we are currently in, which is a plus.

The thought of an old friend of mine came up, and since he is no longer walking the planet with me, I will share a bit about his approach to writing assignments.  Tony and I  were both living in the Capital city of Canada. I was a single mom with five children under the age of ten (two more were added a few years later), and Tony was larger than life.

He lived with his second wife in a large house, his five children, her six, and her blind, elderly mother. His first wife had also just moved in with her new boyfriend.  Tony had a contract for a generously paying article to write for one of Canada’s leading newspapers, the Globe and Mail, and he had yet to put down one word on paper.

The night before the due date, he invited all his friends to a large house party. The place was so crowded you could not swing a cat, but the ambiance and the love in that big old house were palpable.

At 11 pm, he excused himself, went into his study, and came out just fifteen minutes before midnight. In those forty-five minutes, he wrote the most perfect two-page article, submitted it before midnight, and once again, the generous amount he was to receive for being such an inventive and quirky individual would keep this menagerie going for another couple of months. I liked his style.

Tony’s style was something else – and on that note, I sat down and said to my friends and helpers who do not have a body or space suit like mine, “I need some help here – what can you give me?”

“Yes, many of us are here guiding you to this moment of your now.  You seem impressed by all that is manifesting, but know that this “all” is of your own creation. There is nothing outside of yourself that exists – it is you, your unique self, that contains all the power to manifest a world of healing, a world of love, a world of abundance where warring or separation are not part of the consciousness.

Stay centered in the Love and Light that is in each one of you and call it forth as a collective of like-minded energy to its magnificent power of creating a new reality, one that many of you are aware of, but not quite ready to allow it to be part of a new reality where you call forth a life, a world, that takes you closer to the awareness of who you truly all are.

You are loved, you are unique, you are worthy.

Every morning, look into your mirror, look into your eyes and repeat out loud: “ I AM. I Am all that IS, and all that IS, is within me. I AM Enough.

Repeat this at the end of your day.

As you go about your day, remind yourself that you are “Enough”!

And to all of like mind who will come to the gathering on this date of 11/11 at the designated time, at what you know as Georgia’s Condo, you will come with an open heart, an open mind, and a desire for change.

We love you.  You are all indeed blessed beings.

Thank you all, all my readers and friends, for being in my life at this unprecedented time of change.

In Lak’ech – you are my mirror – I am you and you are me…Sandra
