Diabetes is a severe condition where the blood glucose level is too high. There are two main types: Type 1 and Type 2.
- Type 1 diabetes: can’t make any insulin at all.
- Type 2 diabetes: The insulin we make either can’t work effectively or we cannot produce enough of it, resulting in Diabetes.
High glucose levels in our blood can seriously damage our hearts, eyes, feet, and kidneys.
What Causes Diabetes?
Diabetics have too much glucose (sugar) in their blood. Our bodies break down carbohydrates that we eat or drink, and glucose is released into our blood.
We produce a hormone called insulin, made by our pancreas. Insulin allows the glucose in our blood to enter our cells and power our bodies.
In Type 2 diabetes, our body can’t use this insulin properly. It is called insulin resistance. In a healthy body, the pancreas senses when glucose has entered the bloodstream and releases the right amount of insulin so the glucose can get into your cells. With Diabetes, this system doesn’t work.
Diabetes in Mexico is a national tragedy; 7 of 10 adults and children are obese or diabetic, and in the US, 1.4 million Americans are diagnosed with Diabetes every year, and more than 86 million have pre-diabetes; it is the 7th leading cause of death.
Nutrition experts are convinced that this tidal wave of Diabetes is the result of the global expansion of sugar, soft drinks, and major food corporations getting people addicted to processed foods that are cheaper than healthy foods and are heavily advertised to the masses.
Doctors are saying Diabetes can be ‘managed with medication.’ Unfortunately, it can’t.
For the healthcare industry, treating Diabetes is a huge money-making machine for doctors, surgeons, dietitians, pharmaceutical companies, and hospitals that care for people with the disease, along with the swarm of complications that result from the disease.
Taking diabetes drugs is usually the worst thing you can do because problems will just keep increasing.
It starts with a prescription for blood sugar, a prescription for cholesterol, and another prescription for high blood pressure. These prescriptions never cure anything; they just mask the symptoms. Eventually, the disease becomes irreversible and, ultimately, death.
Diabetes medications aim to increase insulin in the body to counteract the ever-rising glucose levels. The negative side effects actually worsen the complications of Diabetes.
Below is a list of the most used diabetes meds and their primary side effects:
- Metformin – side effects include nausea, diarrhea, weight gain, and vitamin B12 depletion.
- Meglitinides and Sulfonylureas – side effects include low blood sugar and weight gain.
- Thiazolidinediones have been linked to weight gain and increased risk of heart failure.
- Avandia, one of the world’s best-selling diabetes drugs, has over 50,000 lawsuits filed in the United States.
So, your chances of being ‘cured’ by diabetes medications are slim to none.
Reverse Diabetes Disease 100% Naturally
The good news is that type 2 diabetes is 100% curable and can be completely reversed following dietary and lifestyle changes, eating foods that help stabilize your blood sugar and insulin and help unclog your pancreas and get insulin flowing again.
To do: Radically eliminate sugar and starches to eliminate the fat clogging the pancreas to allow normal insulin production and stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels.
No need to go hungry. Eat the following foods, herbs, and supplements to make your immune system strong:
High-fiber foods such as amaranth, beans, chia, legumes, peas, oats, berries, asparagus, lentils, and leeks positively impact immune system health. Garlic and onion have immune system-enhancing properties.
Fermented foods are great dietary foods, like sauerkraut, yogurt, miso, kefir, and Maz-Mix, a fermentation that provides billions of live probiotics, prebiotics, and antibacterial compounds. Mazmix is a multiple-source fermentation from various herbs, moringa, and organic chia. Avocados are loaded with oleic fat and stabilize blood sugar. The healthy fat content in avocados makes you feel full longer. Bok choi, nopales, and butter, as well as other healthy oils and fats, supply your body with the essential fatty acids it needs to stabilize blood sugar.
Coffee can help reduce Diabetes significantly.
Berberine is a powerful plant extract. It can lower blood sugar, help with weight loss, and improve heart health. Berberine works by activating a metabolism-regulating enzyme within the body’s cells called AMPK (adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase. It has been used in both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for more than 2500 years.
Science has confirmed that Type-2 Diabetes can be reversed in 18 weeks. Many have done it, and now you can do it, too. Naturally. No drugs. No injections. Even if you’re overweight.
